of course you already know what the cause of the stroke itself, the medical causes of stroke risk factors, including hypertension (high blood pressure), cholesterol, atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries), heart disorders, diabetes, family history of stroke, migraine.

80% of the trigger stroke is hypertension and arteriosclerosis, according to statistics. 93% of people with thrombotic disease have anything to do with high blood pressure disease.

The trigger stroke is basically, an uncomfortable mood (angry), drinking too much alcohol, smoking and happy eating fatty foods.

Approximately 20-40 percent of strokes are preceded by TIAs. Therefore do not be fooled and do not ever ignore a TIA attack. High vigilance is needed in people at risk of experiencing a stroke if the symptoms below:

- Emerging signs of loss of feeling or weakness in the face, shoulders, or legs, especially when it only occurs in half of the body.

- Feeling confused, difficulty speaking or capture the other person talks.

- Difficulty seeing in one eye or both.

- Sudden trouble walking, feeling dizziness, and loss of balance or coordination.

- Headache extremely unnoticed why.
