Dangers Of Soft Drinks

This holiday I walk to several cities, silaturrahmi to you lah. While the longer togethers same parents as well, often becomes buy + deh consumption of soft drinks (F ****, ***** s, etc..) It is nice and Seger was nice, but after browsing the internet on carbonated beverages, there are many very dangerous for health. Some of these are:

 Threatening Kidney

United States to conduct research on the dangers to 3256. They regularly consume soft drinks at least 2 times a day. As a result, 30% of respondents suffered kidney damage and decreased function.

 Increase Diabetes Risk

The people with diabetes is strictly forbidden to consume sugar. This is because the hormone insulin in the body is not enough, not even able to convert these sugars into muscle sugar (glycogen). As a result, blood sugar (glucose) will increase and harm.

 Obesity Increases Risk

Soft drinks are rich in calories. Calories into the body can increase the risk of obesity. Not only for the people who are already adults, children can suffer from obesity. In the United States, the rate of obesity in children is very high. One reason is soft drinks. Children in the United States consume fizzy drinks like drinking water. After eating, they must drink soft drinks. As a result, they are many who suffer from obesity.

Increases Risk of Brittle Bones

One of the contents of soft drinks is phosphoric acid. In a research, phosphoric acid can cause disease of bone fragility. This is because phosphoric acid can dissolve the calcium in the bones. As a result, bones become fragile and brittle.

Increase Risk of Pancreatic Cancer

In a study in the United States, the content of soft drinks is believed to be one of the triggers of pancreatic cancer. In that study, 87% of respondents who consume soft drinks at least 2 times a day had an increased risk of pancreatic cancer.

Increase Damage to Teeth

In one study, 3200 respondents were damaged teeth from consuming soft drinks. This is of course due to the content of sugars in the drink. Not only that, phosphoric acid also contributed to tooth decay by dissolving calcium teeth.

 Increasing Dependence on Caffeine

Soft drinks contain caffeine. This substance has since been known as a substance that can make people dependent. Although caffeine has a positive effect on the body, the negative effects of caffeine turns more. For example, making heart palpitations, insomnia, low blood pressure, and others. Still want to drink soda? Maybe we need a little control of the consumption of these beverages. Hopefully useful.
